The Ohio State University is governed by a board of 19 trustees who are responsible for oversight of academic programs, budgets and general administration, and employment of faculty and staff.

Board Committee Meetings will be held on Thursdays and the Board Meetings on Fridays at Longaberger Alumni House, 2200 Olentangy River Road, unless otherwise noted and are subject to change.
